Does anyone know if during the Bali event, it's possible for Charizard to learn Blast Burn via. a TM, or is it only through evolution?
i.e. does this time frame make it possible for Charizard to learn Blast Burn in general (guaranteed through evolution), or only through evolution?

Stardust/EXP Service Safety
I read that they use Jailbroken iOS devices for the safest possible farming, but I've also read that people have reported getting warnings/bans from using the joystick or auto-walk features on modified pogo apps.
How possible/safe is it to farm 1m+ Stardust within a few hours without auto walking/auto routes?
