val keeps freezing and force resetting
when i start to play a match, my game lags and freezes and then my entire system force resets. any idea why?

i can't send a friend request to someone, but they can join my party using the party code?
last night my friend and i couldn't send each other a friend request, but she was able to join my party using the party code. i can send others friend requests but not her. anyone know why?
