Intelisense unexpectedly broken in VisualStudio.
so it basically restores packages... waits for 5mins claims there is an error wich is nowhere displayed/loged and just fails..

Intelisense unexpectedly broken in VisualStudio.
I tried things like repair/reinstalling VS, clearing NuGet cache, deleting componentModelCache, resetting the vs settings. No success.
