Sure yep, I will do my best. I'm not involved in the decision process at all on either our side (dev team) or the client's side but here's what I have gathered so far as reasons the client is choosing a different auth provider:
- User data residing outside their primary data store (when using Kinde)
- Auth process taking place in a web view (as against natively in an app)
Apologies if I have any of that incorrect, I've mostly looked at Kinde from the perspective of implementing it and don't know that much about how things work beyond that.
