You must disable Secure Boot Control from the BIOS, I recommend that you look for a video so you can see the process.
If you don't want to mess with it, then wait for a fix :/.

I solved it, it turns out that the VGC service was stopped and I couldn't start it manually because it was giving me an error. What I did was to enter the following commands in CMD as administrator and restart the PC:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
I don't know if this will work for you but that's what just worked for me.
Check in services if VGC is set to Manual or Automatic. If it is set to Manual you should right click on properties and change it to Automatic.
