Vanguard false positive resulted in permanent ban
Last tuesday I was playing a game in the morning and everything went well, but when I went to play with my friend in that afternoon my account was banned due to "Third party software"...? Before that, over the weekend, when I woke up to play some Swiftplay, the game opened, but after a few seconds, an error message appeared: "VAN: Restricted" or something like that... Requiring me to enable TPM 2.0(?). I didn't know what that was so I looked it up: It's a motherboard setting and apparently it should only apply to Windows 11 if I understood correctly (mine is 10). I was supposed to make some changes to the BIOS and I didn't like it at all, but after reinstalling the game I gave up and started messing with the BIOS config. Was able to play again. Are these two things correlated? I've been playing since the beta and I've never used any kind of third party program, I don't see any reason to and I wouldn't even know how, I just like to play a few games with my friends every now and then and have some small talk in the lobby. I've created another account to play with my friends but it seems that my whole machine has been banned... Now I'm on my fourth ticket with Valorant support and the team just seems to close them without any explanation. Is there something I can do? I just wanna play with my friends
