With the new wheel coming, and next season starting while it's still around, you can at least get to 18+7+10+4 keys, and most likely 4-6 more, depending on events and if you buy magic pass

Only PvE, doesn't affect PvP duels. And we already got plenty of movements in PvE, so it is basically useless
