Only PvE, doesn't affect PvP duels. And we already got plenty of movements in PvE, so it is basically useless

It can be really strong. I met a pair, who both played HP echo and they burst my tm in duo, to death in less than 10 seconds due to their patronus 😂 2xSnowball, 2xPrior Snowball, and Expiliarmus and he was gone 😂
