You could use spectrum but on paygo plans it costs $1/GB and if you use cloudflared all clients have to have cloudflared installed.

You are probably going to want to get something like ngrok or playit.gg. Both offer tunneling options that will allow people to reach you without opening ports.

Yeah Client Certificates are for MTLS. Seems like the server requires a public validate SSL certificate. You could make a DNS record that points to the local IP and use that for Let’S Encrypt.
