Do you know why we are not seeing anything after 30 sec/terminating the worker? I'm deploying a new one, and it stays still too. Are they related?

I'm upserting one entity and inserting one. I'm really confused why it would take this amount of time. I limited batch size to 1 and it's still the same. In the batch, there is only 1 message
