download the ffmpeg binaries from the website directly into the server instead

your issue likely is because you're using ffmpeg static

@discordjs/opus: make: g++: Command not found
fixed it by npm installing make

Upset cuz this is the only dependency that isnt installing on the oracle linux cloud VM
