cache/webpack/server-production/0.pack too big but can't see why
I wanted to return to this and mark it as solved as well as state what I changed:
initially Claude had suggested some (in retrospect) wack configurations with "npm run build" as the build command and .next or something as the output directory. That didn't work.
What ended up working at the end was using the configuration options that cloudflare recommended from the start! Hahahaha. Hope this helps someone someday
