HttpClient does automatic retry after recieving 408 (Timeout) error code from server

but, it's not, we need code to help you a "simple httpclient object" doesn't retry requests by default

you already have, apply for all jobs you see, even if they state it's "senior level" edit: i didnt scroll down, only read orig post, but you clearly have a foot in the industry, so go ahead apply for whatever job posting you see and you're interested in, even if it's C# specific. if they see potential in you, and you're willing to learn C#, that'd only be a check in the plus column
