Is there a way to create lists of Strings yet?
see https://docs.modular.com/mojo/roadmap.html#no-lifetime-tracking-inside-collections - my read is that this isn't possible in a safe way until mojo supports polymorphism

Naive BigInt implementation - how to improve?
particularly, I'm not happy at all with that string function.
I just want to join some strings and do padding on each of them
