It's on the west of the map. Down a little from the middles of the map. It's by the two lakes connected and they kind of look like sunglasses. Of the two lakes the one closet to the mountains.

Foldable Glider
Try building the TRAP WITH ONE TURTLE SHELL. It will shoot up height enough to get going. Then do the DOWN then UP to gain more altitude. I do it all the time.

It's been 8 days and Virginia hasn't shown up at all,
Having the same problem. Researched it and it's fairly common for this to happen.
