Strange. I think I installed everything right with
rpm-ostree install virt-install libvirt-daemon-kvm qemu-kvm virt-manager virt-viewer libguestfs-tools python3-libguestfs. I didn't install libvirt-daemon-config-network because it was "already provided". Right now I installed it with
rpm-ostree install libvirt-daemon-config-network --allow-inactive just in case and rebooted. But it still doesn't work. Should I delete it all and install again?15 replies

virt-manager is installed via rpm-ostree as well
