IPv6 cloudflared (zero trust tunnels)
Okeyy, found the issue; had nothing to do with cloudflared itself. If anyone has the same issue, you can resolve this by changing your docker network to this: 
networks:
  app_network:
    driver: bridge
    enable_ipv6: true
    ipam:
      driver: default
      config:
        - subnet: "fd00:1234:5678::/64"
networks:
  app_network:
    driver: bridge
    enable_ipv6: true
    ipam:
      driver: default
      config:
        - subnet: "fd00:1234:5678::/64"

These are the headers that are present on the response, so the cf-cache-status is present but set to dynamic. Also what do you mean with HIT?
