Defining R2 Binding in wrangler.toml

NVM! Had to add jurisdiction = "eu".

[[r2_buckets]]
binding = "APP_BUCKET"
bucket_name = "foo"
jurisdiction = "eu"

Wrangler x Docker

It's Alpine image which is causing the problem. Use a slim image (node:lts-slim for example). Had to learn it the hard way LOL.

It's not about apps. I want to know how much resources each project took in a given month. I can only see the current month's data, not the previous ones.

how does railway scale down?

That was what I was saying. Railway must not provision all 8GB to the service. It starts with maybe 1GB / 2GB, and instantiate more containers if required.
