Work with .resx Resource files on vscode
I am now currently trying to learn a bit more about resource files and multiple language support, but i am having trouble to work with it on vscode, is there a proper way to work with .resx files without visual studio?

Problems creating my own SSO Provider
I am trying to create my own SSO provider without open Id or anything else except for Asp.Net Identity, I already did all implementations for register and login but I am struggling on integrating the server with the applications I wanna protect. Can anyone help me?
