Attempting to install Java 8
I'm trying to install java 8 so that I can mod borderlands 2 from epic but when I try to run the RPM to install java I get this error
warning: jre-8u441-linux-x64.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID ad986da3: NOKEY
error: can't create transaction lock on /usr/share/rpm/.rpm.lock (Read-only file system)

Full screen youtube causes monitor to go black
I'm on KDE without steam gaming mode
Any time I try to full screen a video on youtube and leave it paused it causes my monitor to act like its disconnecting and trying to refresh, resulting in a black screen. it only happens when I pause and it is not due to starting in theatre mode before full screening.
It is not due to the browser (which is firefox) because I have tried other browsers
Hardware:
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics
MOBO - Rog strix b450 - f gaming II
GPU - RX 6800XT
