Use AWS S3 to store files
You're more likely to encounter S3, Azure blob storage or [insert X enterprise name here] in the wild, as opposed to something like upload thing. Depends what you are using it for, if you want to learn how to set up and use S3 or Blob storage, do that. Quick solution? Uploadthing

t3 app router when?
Also feels weird starting a nextjs project with pages (or t3 stack) knowing the app router and server actions are the new thing. In some ways, glad that I never got fully invested into the t3 stack specifically BUT if t3 app router w/ trpc makes it out of beta it'll be interesting to see what happens

No they arent, take mapbox for example. You have to eject from expo and use EAS
