System Freeze/Crash in some games
I've started having an issue where my system will completely freeze after a game has been running for a few hours. The screen stops updating and the system stops responding to input. Game audio and audio from other applications continues to play. This requires a full reboot to fix. This has now happened a few times in the last few weeks with multiple different games.
Specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700, 8 cores
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 w/ 555.58.02 Driver
- Bazzite 40.20240801.0
- Using KDE 6.1.3 and Wayland
- Default Proton settings in Steam and Lutris
