You can submit a ticket to Riot Player Support if you really want to know from the people who work appeals. They’ll tell you what we’re telling you here though. A penalty that long doesn’t just happen from manual reports. The system picks up on AFK’s. Legit (intentionally going afk or pc issues alike) or not.
