how do i check on these? cant find any secure boot

BIOS Settings: Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup (usually by pressing Del, F2, or Esc during startup). Ensure that Secure Boot is enabled. Enable TPM (Trusted Platform Module). This is sometimes called PTT (Platform Trust Technology) on some Intel-based systems. Save and exit the BIOS.
