I found solution.It must turn all frame limit to Off (Vsync,Global frame limit),it's work but I don't want this.I want to enable FSR with frame limit to save energy.

Steam deck OLED cannot be turned on global FSR function in Quick access menu

I already set game to lower resolution ex: 1152x720 but FSR is not work and displayed image does not change.

I have same issue I have tested several conditions as follows: 1. This problem only occurs play game with Proton,GE,Experimental 2. Native Linux game no problem 3. Emulator no problem 4. Main screen and Desktop app (Play youtube by browser) no problem 5. Works with HDMI Screen
