Person B: is there anything else? If i don't have a doc just tell them ezpz Person A: If you don't have a document, DON'T say you do when filling up the background check form. It's that simple. I even had to provide copies of some of the legit documents that I have because they couldn't find the info pertaining to my proof. If you use a fake J, be ready to provide a fake paystub. And you should be good for the most part because I found out from the recruiter that ScoutLogic uses a third party for verification of the info. So it's mostly a checkbox to them. Just have only documents you can "prove" if asked for those. That's all
