Cloudflare domain and hostinger hosting

Good day all. I have used Google and Youtube and either my search terms are not correct or there is no information on how to do this. All I have been able to find is how to transfer domains to Cloudflare. I dont think thats what I need. I purchased my domain from Cloudflare, DOMAIN1.com I purchased Hosting from "https://hostinger.com". I want to use my Cloudflare domain so that it directs to the hosting company, HOSTINGER.COM. I dont know how to do it. I asked for help on the HOSTINGER.COM support chat, and they said:

If your domain is registered with Cloudflare and you want to use it with your Hostinger hosting, you won't be changing the nameservers at Cloudflare to Hostinger's. Instead, you'll need to point your domain to Hostinger by updating the DNS records at Cloudflare. Here's how you can do that:
Log in to your Cloudflare account and select your domain DOMAIN1.COM.
Go to the DNS settings section.
You will need to add or update the DNS records to point to your Hostinger hosting account. Typically, this involves adding A records that point to your Hostinger hosting IP address and possibly adding a CNAME record for 'www' or other subdomains.
Hostinger should provide you with the necessary IP address or any other DNS records you need to set up your domain with their hosting. Once you've updated these records in Cloudflare, it may take some time for the changes to propagate across the internet.
Remember, you're not changing the nameservers since your domain will still be managed by Cloudflare; you're just updating the DNS records to direct traffic to your Hostinger-hosted website.
