Very specific question about AssemblyLoadContext and Assembly Resolution

In case anyone ever finds this (which is unlikely but whatever). All I had to do was add the framework references to the *.runtimeconfig.json that I pass to hostfxr

I changed the source mapping in VS for * to nuget.org but if I'm being honest I don't even know what that's supposed to do
