Bought a new PC and i got permabanned on my main account - VAN 152
I bought a new PC last week, i factory reset it and started setting it up. After i installed valorant and signed in to my main account i got the error 152 and now its banned.
I asked the previous owner and he said it he got banned from fortnite (idc i dont play that game). I tried talking to valorant-support on the site but it seems like im getting ghosted/dont take me serious. Im not sure what to do. I havent done anything wrong but i have now lost my account and the PC i bought doesnt let me sign in to the game. I have completly reset the PC there isnt any third party software on it that i can find. How do i solve this? My account is Caetuz#NOR
