@Telerts ok so skip the guide. After you get comfy ui running for first time open terminal and run this commands: 
source /workspace/bcomfy/bin/activate
source /workspace/bcomfy/bin/activate
Then run 
pip install -U torch torchvision torchaudio xformers -i https://download.pytorch.org/whl/stable/124
