then yeah shouldnt be taking too long. Try loading again, if it takes a while more than like 5 mins, Press F8, and see if any errors pop up in the console

no access to neon studio
Click into it a few times. I usually have to hit close, then click into it again. 3rd time usually opens it up. Once its done that, it opens fine til game restart

On sandbox/Server 2/Eu Server, its updated onto latest DLC so its spawnable there.

Raiju in base GTA does not have Countermeasures. Its "advantage" was it can put the weapons away and go stealth making it appear off the radar at all times until firing. So it does not have flares or Chaff

otherwise, enable Vsync to cap your FPS and save some GPU usage.

Lower your settings. Keep extended texture budget maxed out but Texture quality i recommend to set to normal. Custom content textures EAT Vram and kill FPS

I would run everything on lowest settings, max texture budget and set a vsync to get a new baseline FPS< then adjust your settings a little bit at a time to find a happy balance of FPS to Quality

Being said, Vsync should be your first thing to try, as itll cap the game instead of letting it eat your GPU to run as fast as possible.
past that, Extended Texture budget should be maxed to be able to see all custom content when near populated areas.

my fps is bad
Custom assets like cars, clothing, maps, etc are add-ons made by many different people and are not put through the same asset optimization like base GTA is.
Baseline GTA specs do not apply here. FiveM with custom content is going to require much more to run.

PLEASE HELP
kill anything in the backend as well, i mostly fight for CPU with other things running in the background. my BIGGEST help was enabling vsync to half (i run a 144hz monitor so that caps me to 75fps ish) Thatll keep your GPU in check and not try to overwork itself
