Intermittent Stutter/Frame time Issue
Hey I recently converted a random PC I had lying around to Bazzite-deck and have had a good experience so far. Really consolizes the experience.
In games though, the frame time will be perfectly consistent and randomly once or twice a minute I will have one big spike which happens whether or not anything is really happening on screen/in game.
I've tried to use stable proton releases as well as experimental to no avail.
I've experienced this is every game that I've tried, (Dave the diver, Brotato, Goat Sim)
None of the games really tax the system with both cpu and gpu running below 50% as I'm only targeting 1080p60fps on relatively small games, so doesn't seem like a performance bottleneck.
The stutter is also combined with a buzzing sound most of the time if that makes a difference.
I first thought that I might have to update drivers but the consensus seems that the drivers are built-in and update on their own, so not sure where to go from here.
I'm quite the linux noob but happy to provide any other details
