No, the start type should be "demand_start"
Please open services.msc, find "vgc" and set the startup type to "Manual"

Please do not stop VGC while you're playing a Vanguard protected title.

If you're playing a Vanguard protected title, it should be running. Otherwise it should not be running.

So, to fix the issue you're facing, you need to be able to disable CSM in the bios. It looks like your GPU should support this. Can you please send me a picture of the secure boot settings page in your bios via dm?
