Tailscale Issues maybe fixed in kernel 6.10.5
See https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale/issues/13041 Tailscale has high packet loss and slow throughput in recent updates. Tailscaled logs show repeated: 
wg: Failed to write packets to TUN device: write /dev/net/tun: invalid argument.

The linked Github issue suggests that this has been fixed in kernel 6.10.5 as well as the latest LTS.
