❔ WebAPi Project auth with IdentityServer. IDX20803
Genius, I really need some help here. I am working on a webapi project, and my collegue has built a IdentityServer for authentication which deployed on a cloud server within docker managed by kubernetes. Problem is when try invoke my controllers action, it never actually goes into my api project code, and says 500 internal error. I posted the stacktrace in the above .txt file. Even more strange, my college uses my code to test api, all good. But I was always having this error on my macos local env. 
System.InvalidOperationException: IDX20803: Unable to obtain configuration from: 'System.String'.
 ---> System.IO.IOException: IDX20804: Unable to retrieve document from: 'System.String'.
 ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
 ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Authentication failed, see inner exception.
 ---> Interop+AppleCrypto+SslException: handshake failure

I've tried clean dev-cert and re-trust. I can access my the .well-known/openid-configuration from the browser, but the service cannot.
