As for your maths problem, look at the example given here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercept_theorem 1. if |ED| and |BC| are parallel, what can you say about |AD| and |AC| 2. if |ED| and |BC| are parallel, what can you say about |AE| and |AB| 3. if |EF| and |BD| are parallel, what can you say about |AF| and |AD| That should be enough information to piece things together, try to give it a shot
