amdgpu_job_timedout while playing Deadlock

Played some Street Fighter and some Deadlock tonight and didn't experience the crash on either after disabling Global C State in my BIOS

Going to attempt a few things tonight in my testing - Disable c state in BIOS Disable dynamic power management in the AMDgpu driver
