I don't think I've taken any screenshots the past day or two so it might have started with the 3.5 update? Not sure. I'm using AMD CPU and GPU

AMD GPU Acceleration / Driver Installation
EDIT - This is no longer necessary as the bazzitearch distrobox image supports GPU acceleration for AMD cards without needing to use amdgpu drivers. In case anyone else is searching this, most likely what you want to use is the bazzite arch distrobox image available in BoxBuddy. Using this I was able to get Blender and SVP working out of the box, and REAL Video Enhancer's ROCm functionality with that project's additional instructions outlined on Github. I think I'm running into an issue where I need proprietary AMD drivers in order to take advantage of GPU acceleration. The two programs I am having trouble with are Blender and SVP. I was able to use these programs without a problem on Nobara while having proprietary drivers installed through Nobara's utility. I installed amdgpu-install through the Fedora Distrobox but it runs into an error trying to download metadata for the amdgpu repository:
Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'amdgpu':
- Status code: 404 for https://repo.radeon.com/amdgpu/6.1.3/el//main/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml

Indeed the file is not found. I think it is looking for https://repo.radeon.com/amdgpu/6.1.3/el/9.3/main/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml but I don't know how I could point it to that location, or if that is even the correct course of action. What should I do?
