So I just found out the solution to getting passed the Grub bootloader, I was finally able to get to the installer by going into troubleshooting and then I selected "Install with basic graphics". Now it's installing!

I'll try 7zip when I get home. So far quickhash is what I used to compare hashes.
As for the iso, I checked the hash of the iso file while it was in my downloads folder, so the different hash couldn't be caused by the USB drive, however I haven't tried a different USB drive for the installation process so I'll probably give that a whirl, the USB drive I used is fairly new and was purchased a few weeks ago. But it's always a possibility that it could be faulty.
The media creation tools I tried using so far is Rufus and Fedora Media Writer, I haven't tried Ventoy or Etcher yet but due to the nature of the issue, I don't really think it's caused by the media creation tools as the issue is consistent using both tools.
Lastly, I tried both "Install Bazzite" and "Test and Install Bazzite" options and they both resulted the same problem. The only conclusions I come to is the following; The USB drive is faulty or the file is corrupt upon download.
