Many flatpaks no longer open after a system update: GTK errors
A few that I've discovered that will no longer open are Handbrake, BoxBuddy, and Flatseal. Attempting to run handbrake via terminal gives the following error: (fr.handbrake.ghb:2): Gtk-WARNING **: 18:33:33.376: Unknown key gtk-modules in /home/jacob/.var/app/fr.handbrake.ghb/config/gtk-4.0/settings.ini The referenced settings file does not seem to exist. For Flatseal and BoxBuddy I get the following errors:

I've confirmed that these applications worked before by booting for the previous image in grub. Any ideas on how to fix?

Issues running MKV Muxing Batch GUI
I've downloaded the linux version of the software in the title, linked here: https://github.com/yaser01/mkv-muxing-batch-gui However, it doesn't open when I attempt to run it. I suspect it is because I don't have the appropriate libraries installed that they reference in the "For Linux Users" section. What is the appropriate way to install these libraries in Bazzite? For convenience, these are the sample commands listed on the page to install the libraries: 
sudo apt-get install -y libpugixml-dev
sudo apt-get install -y libmatroska-dev
sudo apt install libxcb-cursor0
sudo apt-get install -y libpugixml-dev
sudo apt-get install -y libmatroska-dev
sudo apt install libxcb-cursor0

CoolerControl No Longer Opens
Hello, I've been using CoolerControl to control the fan curve on my GPU, but today it stopped opening. When I attempt to open the software the icon appears near the mouse cursor and in the taskbar briefly before disappearing without opening. Is there a way to reset, reinstall, or otherwise fix the application so that it will work again? Thanks in advance.

Undervolting 2080 Ti via NVML and Python Script
Hello, I recently installed Bazzite and have been enoying it so far, but I'm missing the ability to undervolt from Windows. I found a Reddit thread detailing how to achieve something that is effectively an undervolt, but I'm running into issues attempting it in Bazzite. This is the post in question: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/1fm17ea/undervolting_nvidia_gpu_in_2024/lo7mo09/ I can't seem to figure out how I should install the NVIDIA Management Library API, so I am unable to run my script. Is there a particular way I should try to achieve this in Bazzite? Thanks in advance.
