Termux Android Jupyter Notebook
Try saving the notebook directly inside Termux's home directory. That way you can open it up in whatever you saved it as (in case wherever it was gets lost).

If you are trying to run some Telegram hack or something, don't... those are very likely malicious scripts that those people want fools to run so they can use the victim's device / network for nefarious purposes.

Docker with root
Running docker is pretty much the same as running an entire computer emulator on it. In other words, iti s not ideal.

Also, you might want to try to learn how to use IRC commands... I don't think that is even a command that any IRC server accepts. (This being the command you are running btw)

@Oskay1000 to use some modules / libraries / whatever-the-language-calls-it from external sources such as pip (Python) / npm (NodeJS) / etc., if it involves compiling, you may need to manually download the source code and try to compile and fix it until it finally compiles. Many of these ones that auto-compile are not made with Termux in mind.

Check the documentation of the program to see. You might also need to do some Google searching if it isn't within the program's own documentation (or even its official online docs).
