VAN9003 - Vanguard is out of compliance.
Sorry, I forgot I made this thread. This also happened to me. After a few tries reinstalling Vanguard, it finally worked. I didn't do anything differently, it just started working.

VAN9003 - Vanguard is out of compliance.
Further info. On reinstalling Vanguard - it works for a bit, then after about 5 mins it throws the same error.
