Application Commands are not being registered when bot restarts.
Okay it looks like it doesn't happen when the bot terminates to update, but literally just randomly. It's like the commands just drop out of the registry. I really need some help here, please.

tried installing volta using curl. the curl installed from snap is broken as fuck so it didn't work. installed it from apt, worked
