Ceph Daemons in Docker Swarm fail to start on boot due to eth not yet available
Follow-up: Changing to using podman for the ceph daemons resolved my issue. Essentially just installed podman and redeployed daemons one host at a time. I believe podman is the presumed default with ceph reef anyways, so probably a good practice anyways. Marking as resolved.

Should I perhaps consider migrating the ceph daemons to podman on the hosts instead?
