i was more confused in the wrangler
I appreciate it. The last time I used DOs were a few years ago and since then the clarity of the docs and my understanding of DOs have improved, so I'm pretty content overall with how intuitive it is to develop with Durable Objects.
Although I've read through the docs, i.e. configuration docs & migration docs, I understand what I am meant to do to get the project going, but I haven't yet wrapped my head around migration tags. During development I get a little stuck when I want to deploy because Wrangler throws an error, until I fiddle with the tags and deleted_classes. I do not understand the reason why tags have to be unique, e.g. going from
v1 to v2 to do something and when it's required to do so.2 replies
