Taken directly from Reddit: “It's guaranteed the first time. It's 1 in 3-5 afterwards. However just raid like usual don't catch the Pokemon until it's shiny then catch. As for Kyogre and groudon they were special. You could only catch 1 set of both so if you willy nilly caught them without shiny hunting then basically you were locked out of the raids that gave the location card permanently for the event they were in”

Rooting an android basically unlocking the full capabilities of the device. I’m able to use modules that mask my fake location and gives me access to a lot of things like botting applications.

Honestly spoofing is spoofing. There isn’t a safer way to do it. Modified clients like pgsharp is like last resort for spoofing. Rooted Android/Jailbroken iOS is the best bet and safest option.

Honestly. It depends on what kind of device you have. If you’re android, I’d look into seeing if you can root your device. If your on iOS, I’d look into jailbreaking your device. If you can’t root or jailbreak. I’d look into a cheap android with 8GB+ of RAM (6GB would be fine) and rooting that to play.
