Is it possible to use this MAX30102 heart rate sensor to detect a heart attack?
I guess the question I'd have is what is your motivation for the project, and how to you plan to test it?
I don't have a ton of information, but I remember a friend of mine who is a cardiologist (I think that's the right terminology here) telling me about remote monitoring devices they use. From what he said, I would guess they are cellular or Bluetooth (to cellular) devices that they can track people all the time. So apparently this sort of thing exists, and it seems like it would be very hard to verify whether something like you're doing works without a huge budget.
This seems like a tough one to finish if that makes any sense. I certainly enjoy experimenting on things that might not be practical projects, so I hope that doesn't come off as too discouraging.
