ive been trying to pay with ideal for a bit now but my browser doesnt send me to the payment screen is there any fixes for this?

ive been trying to update valorant since this morning but it keeps staying at 0,1kb/s i have turned off the pc restarted valorant but still remains at 0,1kb/s what can i do?
