Before we begin: your crosshair and your sensitivity will not turn you into a fragging machine overnight; takes effort, patience, and skill.
For sensitivity, i personally used 0.38, 0.33, 0.29, and 0.24 with the same DPI as you (800). I recommend to start off with anything under 0.45 and above 0.3, and then you need to get comfortable with your sens, just by playing alot.
You might be more comfortable with higher sensitivities, but this does come with the downside that you won't be able to have better micro adjustments. The downside of going too low is that you won't be able to flick when needed, but you will have easier time performing micro adjustments
For crosshair, it should always be personal prefrence, but a good one to start with is:
1-3-2-2 innerlines any color
1-4-2-0 innerlines any color
Turn movement/firing error, you can use it in moderation, like 0.1 - 0.2 on both, but the better you get, the less you'll need it, and the more it will just confuse you.
