Try using a different browser or clearing your current one’s cache and cookies, as this can sometimes resolve payment issues

RIOT IS NOT WORKING
Try these
Open Task Manager and close any Riot processes
Update your graphics drivers
Right-click the client and select run as administrator
Disable fullscreen optimizations in compatibility settings
Check your antivirus and firewall settings
Aaand Make sure DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables are updated.
Clear temporary files in the Riot Games folder
If it still doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the client completely
Lmk if it works
