Firstly, staff on this server are not Riot employees
Secondly, the Arcane 2.0 bundle is a limited time bundle. Once it’s gone it wont be coming back.
Thirdly, there hasnt been any announcement for any sort of collaboration between Riot and Epic Games.

Riot support can take up to 72 hours but seldomly takes that long. Hopefully you should hear something within 12 hours

Also for the future, I would recommend using paypal as a payment method as you’ll always have transaction ID’s.

Thats fine. They can see account history so in-turn they can see your previous usernames.
